Pricing and Payment

Estimates are provided upfront. Payment terms will be outlined prior to commencing work, with final invoices reflecting actual service scope.

Liability

Metropolitan Restoration is committed to professional service; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damages or secondary issues unrelated to water damage.

Insurance Claims

We assist with documentation necessary for insurance claims but do not guarantee claim approval. Clients are responsible for their insurance processes.

Customer Responsibilities

Clients should ensure clear access to affected areas and provide accurate information to facilitate effective remediation.

Cancellation Policy

Services can be canceled with prior notice. Cancellations made after work has begun may incur fees based on incurred costs.

Confidentiality

All client information remains confidential and is used solely for service purposes.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be addressed through direct communication. If unresolved, arbitration or legal channels may be pursued.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updates.

Governing Law
